Klaer has spent over 25 years in global business and HR. Her professional journey began in hospitality and retail which started a significant interest in how businesses became successful and what made the difference.
Klaer’s HR career started in recruitment, talent acquisition and employer branding, then moving to business partnering in retail and sales operations and most recently leading HR transformation.
She has 15 years’ experience in people experience led initiatives, leading a number of global employer branding projects and designing and developing programmes which improve the people experience across sectors and countries. She is commercial and a highly experienced Global Transformational HR Leader. She has an extensive blend of expertise in business change, organisational design and development, talent acquisition, performance and people development.
This led her to work in a specialist area of business that focuses on people performance, something that started her path to where she is today. Most recently Klaer led the HR transformation activities across the Computacenter group. This is where it all comes together, working on the driving principle that giving all employees a great experience ultimately gives your customers one too.
She is pragmatic, committed and passionate about making a positive difference to individuals and organisations by using insight and practices that drive bottom line performance.
